small groups

Home Teams are groups that meet weekly or twice monthly and focus on Bible Study and fellowship.

Study Groups have the same purpose but are more specific in their attendees, study topic, and time commitment.


Home Teams

  • Oakham meets the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month, 6:30 p.m., at the Loricco's, 430 Scott Rd. Study: Sermon Application. Contact: Phil or Sharon at 508-882-2546.

  • High School Connection Groups are small groups designed to help high school students get connected with each other and get deep in the Word of God.  Current Connection Groups are listed on the Student Ministry Page.

Study Groups

  • "Song of Solomon" by Tommy Nelson Beginning Sunday, September 16th, 6:30 p.m., at the Hassett's home in Sterling. Contact Scott or Gail at 978-422-7708.
  • Heritage Mid-WSeek Daytime Bible Study meets every other Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the library. Study: The Acts of the Apostles. Contact: Jack McManus at 508-459-8712.
  • Men’s Breakfast: All men are welcome to attend this breakfast and study every other Saturday from 7-9 a.m. at HBC. Contact Carry Noel at 978-355-6491 or Nick Langhart at 978-422-9923.
  • Women’s Bible Study AM: This is a 12 week morning bible study for women. The study begins with a new topic every quarter. It usually is held from 9:00-11:30 Wednesday mornings. Child care is provided. Contact Joan Hartlen at 978-928-3823.
  • Women’s Bible Study PM: This is a 12 week evening bible study for women. The study begins with a new topic every quarter. It usually is held from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday evenings. Child care is NOT provided. Contact Joan Hartlen at 978-928-3823.
  • Crown Financial Planning: A 10 week study. This is a closed group (must start at the beginning of the course). If you are interested in the next start date, please contact Ernie Truax at 978-840-1093.
