Children's Ministries

At Heritage, we love our children! Below is a list of the ministries offered to them.

    SUNDAY MORNING
    Please note that a parent must pick up his/her child after Sunday School or Jr. Church unless an authorization card is filled out indicating otherwise.

  • Sunday School 9am-9.45am
  • This ministry is available for children ages 0-12 during the adult Sunday School hour.
    Nursery 2: (Ages 0-36 months) Room 2
    Preschool - Kindergarten (3-5 yrs) Room 3
    1st - 2nd grade Room 4
    3rd - 4th grade Room 7
    5th - 6th grade Room 9

  • Nursery 1: Infants (0-12 mos) Room 1
    Nursery 2: Walkers (12 mos-24 mos) New Nursery outside sanctuary

  • Junior Church approx 10.30am-11.45am 
  • Ages 4 yrs old through 4th grade are dismissed after the worship music, as we greet one another. Please enter and exit upstairs using the classroom hallway stairs. Normally in the fall, the room assignments are as follows:
    Pre K: Room 4
    Kindergarten: Room 7
    1st grade: Room 8
    2nd grade: Room 9
    3rd to 4th grade: Room 6

    AWANA
    Wednesday evenings 6.30pm-8.00pm at the church starting September 7th.

    Awana serves children from ages 2-12.
    Puggles: ages 2-3
    Cubbies: preschool
    Sparks: Grades K-2
    Truth and Training (T&T): Grades 3-6

    Vacation Bible School (VBS) 
    Every summer, the week before 4th of July weekend from 9am-noon.

    Homeschool Co-op 
    We have a homeschool co-op (CHEC) that meets at the church every Monday afternoon during the school year.
